When the old man saw who it was that had entered he simply gave a blank look and raised an eyebrow at Adryan.

Greeting the Old Man, Adryan removed his mask and lowered the hood of his cloak, and approached Maric who was still playing.

When the old man saw the redhead's eyes, he looked at him in shock and looked at the glass of wine he was drinking, and then looked back at the redhead.

After that, he simply placed the glass of wine on the table and went outside to get some air.....

Sitting down next to Maric, he shot him a look and raised an eyebrow after meeting Adryan's eyes.

Seeing the look the redhead was receiving, he scratched his head somewhat embarrassed.

"It is a long story..."

"I am not interested"

An eyebrow twitched at Maric's quick response but he just let it go.

"I want to know if you have a potion that treats broken bones"

At this request, Maric lowered the cards and looked at the red-eyed from head to toe.

"How many bones and which one?"

"One rib"

Maric was silent as he looked at Adryan and after a moment he nodded.

"I have potions that treat broken bones and can make them heal in two weeks"

"How much would it be?"

"15 pounds and you only will need one"

This relieved Adryan a lot and he quickly paid Maric then he made one of his zombies come out and after 20 minutes he came back with a vial full of a white liquid...

Then he handed the vial to Adryan and returned to his place to continue what he was doing.

Looking at the vial, Adryan looked at Maric for an explanation.

Seeing Adryan's look, Maric just sighed again.

"As I told you, that potion will accelerate the healing of your bones and will make them recover in 2 weeks. The only thing you will have to take into account is that you will have to eat much more than normal to replenish the energy that your body will be using."

"How much more?"

"About triple the normal"

Taking a sigh Adryan nodded and drank the potion right there in front of Maric, this made Maric simply shake his head and he continued with his game.

The taste of the potion was horrible tasting like expired milk with chili and orange but after swallowing it whole Adryan began to cough due to the taste.

'Fuck what a taste of crap' as Adryan coughed he felt his body heat up a bit and his chest aches slightly but that was all the symptoms.

Thanking Maric, the redhead put on his mask and pulled up his hood, and left the room, a while later Sharron appeared in the room and sat quietly in a corner.....

After using the Burnt Band again to move through the shadows and using the alleys to avoid being seen, the redhead managed to get home safely.

Being at home, the redhead already felt the hunger that the potion brought so he began to prepare his lunch.

After a while, Adryan could see his table full of food and he couldn't help but appreciate that all those extra calories would be used for his treatment so while he grabbed a white bread he dipped it in the mashed potatoes, and began to eat.

He couldn't help but think about what he would have to do these two weeks, due to the run-in he had with the punishers in East Borough he decided it would be better not to show up around there for a while.

The healing of his rib was the priority and now Adryan was marking things to do in his mind.

While he put a piece of grilled meat in his mouth, he thought that he would have to go buy more bullets at the club and he could take advantage and talk more with the members.

So Adryan was eating for an hour and after eating everything, he went to his room to take a nap.....

When he woke up it was already night and Adryan could feel that despite everything he ate his stomach was empty, so he went to the kitchen to prepare more food...

While eating the redhead was humming to himself.....

Finally, after eating enough to feed an entire family of 4, Adryan went to sleep and didn't wake up until the next day....

After a heavy breakfast, Adryan went to the hunting club quietly while thinking that maybe it is a good idea to hunt deer in the forest to avoid spending so much money on food....

When he arrived at the club before entering Adryan realized a problem and that was the fact of how he was going to explain the color of his eyes....

Cursing under his breath that he hadn't thought of it, Adryan managed to remember the second 'provocateur' skill.

'Gaslighting.....it seems that I will finally be able to use this ability' -while thinking about that he opened the door, and the redhead managed to see that as always Robert was devoutly reading his favorite book.

And he couldn't seem to hear the door open again, so shaking his head he walked over to Robert making his steps a little more heavy so they make more sound.

When he got closer, Robert finally noticed his presence and he put the book away somewhat embarrassed but then he noticed the change in his eyes and he widened his eyes in shock as he looked at him in alarm.

"Mr. Adryan, what happened to your eyes!!!"

Hearing the concern dripping from Robert's voice, Adryan couldn't help but feel bad that he would have to use that ability on someone so good...

'Forgive me, Robert, I promise I'll make it up to you by buying you another book written by Miss Magician and I'll even try to get her to sign it,' Adryan thought as he saw Robert's delicate, worried face.
