Ariel moved away from above Aiden and sat beside him, using the covers to cover up her chest.

She was staring at Aiden in silent shock; she didn't say a word because she didn't want to assume things; she needed to make sure that what she thought was what Aiden meant.

"You don't have to cover them; I love staring at them," Aiden went to pull down the sheet, but he got his hand slapped away.

"Ouch..." He chuckled and sat up too, leaning his back against the headboard.

"What you said, what did you mean?" Ariel asked quietly.

Aiden moved closer to her and snuck an arm around her, he leaned his face close to hers and whispered beside her ear. "What I mean, Moma, is that..." He gently pulled the sheet away and placed his hand on her tummy, "Jace might just be getting another sibling soon," He leaned in and kissed her neck.

Ariel froze, she slowly blinked, trying to understand what Aiden meant, she turned to him and stared into his eyes, "I'm no fool, I know I might get pregnant, we've not been using protection, but that doesn't mean you should male it seem as if Jace is 'our' first child," She narrowed her eyes at him.

Aiden chuckled, "Isn't he?" He questioned, putting a finger under her chin, "Is he not our first child? Is he not my son? Is Jace, not a child we made together, Ariel?" He kept his eyes steady on hers, daring her to lie to him.

Ariel bit her lips; this shouldn't be happening, or at least not now; it was too early for him to know; it was too early to have this kind of conversation with Aiden.

How did he know? Or was he just guessing and trying to trick her into confessing?

"No words?" Aiden questioned.

Ariel blinked at him and removed her face from his hand.

"I don't know what you're talking about," Ariel rolled out of the bed and headed toward the bathroom.

Aiden knew she was never going to acknowledge it at once, he needed to give her facts before she accepted.

He got down from the bed and followed her into the bathroom.

"I need some privacy, I want to shower," Ariel frowned at him as he came into the bathroom, naked and walking toward her.

She turned her back to him and turned in the warm shower.

Aiden smirked, "Privacy should be the last word used between us, Moma," He walked up behind her and wrapped his arms around her.

"Ariel...I need you to trust me...I know, I know, I've messed up big time with Moon, but I can promise you that I want nothing with her; I promise never to let her come between us anymore. It's you I want, you and our child, Jace; you two are the only people who matter to me now; no one or nothing else matters," he spoke calmly with his head resting on her shoulder.

Ariel remained quiet; she didn't know how to react. It was obvious that Aiden already knew that Jace was his child, but she still wondered how he found out.

She was willing to let him step in on Jace's life just because the boy deserved to know and grow with his father; he was innocent of everything.

But between them, things were still going to remain complex until she uncovered every smallest mystery between him and Moon.

"How did you know?" She finally asked.

Aiden smiled happily, "So he's really my child?" His voice and face were excited, he slowly turned Ariel to face him and leaned his face to hers, covering her lips in a sweet, gentle kiss.

"I love you, Ariel, and thank you for coming back into my life; you don't know how excited I was when I learned that Jace was my son; I will try my best to make up for the lost time between the both of you," He kissed her cheek.

Ariel sighed, "Don't push it, Aiden, you're only making up the list time for your son, not me; we're nothing for now, just two consenting adults pleasuring each other," She placed her hand on his chest.

Aiden chuckled, "We'll see about that," he fetched the soap and leathered her skin.

"How did you know, Aiden? Did you force it out of Logan?" She narrowed her eyes at him.

Aiden's face fell; he was once again reminded of his competition, but he was no longer that bothered; he knew Ariel would choose him in the end.

Still, he had to let her know what he thought about Logan.

"I don't like him, Moma, I'll never go to him for anything, especially not for matters concerning my family," He stated.

Ariel chuckled, "Alright, sulky baby, how did you find out about Jace?"

Aiden went to stand beside her so he could wash her arm, "It was Carla," He informed.

Ariel paused, did Carla tell Aiden when she had gone missing? If so, that meant that Aiden had known that Jace was his son from the beginning and had been playing with her head.

Or, she just told him recently and that's why he confronted her about it.

She turned her face to him and questioned, "When? When did she tell you?"

Aiden smiled, "Say please," He smirked.

Ariel frowned at him, "Don't play with me, Auden Chaz,"

"Okay, okay, I'll tell you," He pouted.

"Yesterday. Well, I had gone to her for a DNA test, and she ended up telling me that I didn't need to go through with it because Jace was mine," he told her.

Ariel frowned, "You took something from my son without my knowledge?" She gently slapped his shoulder.

"Our son, Moma. Don't forget that," He reminded.

Ariel rolled her eyes.

"Well, it was my father's idea to do it, he also suspected that Jace might be mine the moment he learned about us," Aiden informed.

Ariel went quiet; she imagined the conversation Aiden must have had with his father concerning her; she knew Mr. Sloan must have told him all about her life for the last three years.

She wasn't going to ask about that, it was a conversation for another time.

She was eager to go tell her son that he'd finally got a father. The boy had always wanted a father, and he'd be overjoyed to know that it was Aiden; she could tell that the boy already loved Aiden and was secretly wishing he would become his Daddy.

Moon walked angrily up to Grandma Nari in her living room, standing in front of her with her arms folded on her chest.

Grandma Nari looked up from the magazine she was reading and sighed as she saw Moon's expression.

"What's the problem now, Moon?" Grandma Nari asked, putting down her magazine beside her.

Moon remained quiet, she just frowned, tapping her foot angrily.

"Here's your tea, Grandma," Lin placed a cup on the table beside Grandma Nari's sofa and went to sit beside her.

Lin stared at Moon but didn't say anything; she took out her phone and got busy, minding her business.

"Moon, you have to tell me what the problem is, or I won't know," Grandma Nari said in a calm tone.

Moon sighed, "What else could it be, Grandma, it's Aiden," She replied with a frown.

Grandma Nari looked Sad at the mention of Aiden's name, she missed her grandson, ever since she asked him to marry Moon, he had completely despised her, he removed himself from everything in the family, and he had almost dropped the family name if not for Lin's intervention, but he did change the names of his businesses, making everyone know that he had nothing to do with their family anymore.

She sometimes wondered if she had made the wrong decision, but she believed she hadn't; it was their family tradition to marry anyone who had a child for them; an heir to the Chaz family would never be left fatherless; their blood was too golden to be left to go astray.

There are big shots; it's safe to say they ruled the States, so a child out of wedlock wasn't something acceptable.

She sighed and smiled at Moon, "Don't worry, dear, he'll come around," She promised.

"He won't," Lin suddenly spoke up.

Moon and Grandma Nari turned to her at the same time. Moon was controlling herself not to glare at Lin while Grandma Nari frowned at her.

"What do you mean, Lin?" Grandma Nari questioned.

"Oh, Grandma, you and I know that Aiden will never love Moon, she literally seduced the poor guy and, I mean no disrespect, but she's not his spec, he loves people who are pure...like Ariel, the girl was an angel," Lin sighed and went back to her phone as if she hadn't thrown a grenade at Moon.

Moon balled her fists, and the mention of Ariel's name lit her insides with the fire of fury and jealousy.

Grandma Nari knew that truly, Aiden loved Ariel so much, but things happen in life, and decisions needed to be made, even though they were tough.

"You don't know what you're saying, Lin, have you forgotten so soon the way Aiden used to treat me as his sister, he loved me so much, and-"

"Sister, you said "sister," Moon, but you're not his sister anymore, right? A sister never knows the shape of his brother's dick and definitely never puts it inside her," Lin replied sarcastically.

"Lin!" Grandma Nari called, her face getting red with anger.

"Mind your words, Lin!" She pointed at Lin.

Moon clenched her fists, hatred coursing through her veins, she wished she could kill Ariel for good this time.

"But it's the truth, Grandma," Lin shrugged.

"Can I ask a question?" Lin turned to Grandma Nari, sending Moon a daunting smile.

"What is it, Lin?" Grandma Nari sighed, tapping her feet on the floor.

Increased her throat, "If Ariel should ever be found, would you still insist that Moon marries Aiden?"

Her question left Moon feeling like she'd been punched in the gut; her eyes desperately sought Grandma Nari's, waiting for her response.
